The list is stored in Amazon Web Services, which processes the mail and hosts the site. AWS acts as a service provider and does not use your address for its own purposes. Nobody else has access. Your address is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with any other person or company.

Requests are handled by hand, usually within a few days. You do not need to explain why, and you will not be asked to.
Mail is sent with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured, so you can verify that anything claiming to come from pcosdecoded.com actually did. Emails will never ask you for a password, a payment, or personal health details.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what's collected or how it's used, subscribers will be told by email before it takes effect — not quietly updated with a new date at the top.
